Economic Development & Tourism Growth

  • Implementation of marketing campaigns to increase visitor engagement.

  • Strengthening partnerships with local hospitality and retail sectors.

  • Exploration of opportunities for arts-related economic development, including creative workspaces and cultural retail initiatives.

Sustainability & Financial Growth

  • Transition from designation-focused fundraising to sustainable revenue generation.

  • Securing long-term grants to support infrastructure projects and arts programming.

Governance & Community Engagement

  • Maintaining public engagement through forums, surveys, and advisory panels.

  • Expanding the Advisory Board to include regional leaders in cultural and economic development.
